Construction Administrative Assistants perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run an organization efficiently, and will normally support executives. Top candidates will have construction knowledge, have arranged meetings, be able to run reports and analyze data, prepare work orders and contracts, and process invoices.

Education Requirements
An Construction Assistant must have a high school degree or equivalent certification. More than ever, however, employers are demanding advanced degrees from all Administrative Assistants. Two options are earning either your Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree. The most popular tracks are Office Skills or Business Administration, or a degree in a field applicable to the organization you are working in, such as Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, etc.
